The Problem
Mejin is a 24-hour mobile auto repair service (a bengkel panggilan) that operates entirely on-call, reaching customers wherever they break down. Despite offering a genuinely useful and reliable service, Mejin had no visual identity to communicate that reliability. Without a consistent brand presence, they struggled to build trust with first-time customers and stand out in a market flooded with informal, faceless repair services. The brand needed to feel trustworthy and professional without being so premium that it felt out of reach.
The Solution
We built a complete 8-section brand identity system from scratch under Aptuos Studio — covering color palette, typography, logo system, brand voice, iconography, patterns, UI components, and real-world applications. The visual language was anchored in a bold red (#e73500) primary paired with Asphalt Black and cool neutrals, communicating urgency, strength, and dependability simultaneously. The typography system used Conthrax for the wordmark, Figtree for headings, and DM Sans for body — each chosen to balance technical confidence with human warmth. A social media kit for Instagram and TikTok was developed alongside the brand guidelines, including post templates, caption formulas, story formats, and a weekly content calendar — enabling the client to post consistently and on-brand without a designer on every piece.
The Outcome
Mejin now has a brand that looks as dependable as the service actually is — a full visual system that works across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, print, and vehicle branding. The client gained a turnkey content production system that lets them maintain a professional presence independently, without ongoing design support.
